I was very happy to have received an invitation from Margarida Flores e Filmes and by the director Carlão Busato to participate in the conception of characters for a Kuat commercial. I thought about a young, contemporary idiom in order to stimulate a rupture with the format and instigate changes. From there, I saw the potential in toy art and of a simple construction to inspire people to think “I can.”: I can make a film look like this, make my own characters, I can change, I can act, I can create etc…

This apparently simple work was the product of a great effort and dedication from a very large team. Between the people closest to me were: Eduardo Cordeiro, who build the structure for the boxes, and Fernando Sciarro, who designed the characters’ photographs, Miltinho from production and the director Carlão Busato.
